Reiki

Reiki is a hands-on Japanese healing technique that provides overall balance to the body and spirit. It works on four areas of the being - the energetic, the physical, the emotional and the spiritual. Some of the key things that Reiki can address includes stress and tension, mental balance, immune support, sleep support, natural healing of the body and relief of physical pain. It also compliments any medical treatments and therapies.

In-Person Reiki

During an in-person Reiki session, Adrienne will provide a safe environment to discuss your overall goals and explain what to expect during your session. She will begin with a brief meditation, chakra clearing, then continue with a full body Reiki session. Afterward, conversation about the experience and any extra guidance will be shared.
Sessions last for 90-minutes.

Distant Reiki

A distant Reiki session is conducted via a video or phone call to anywhere you are in the world. Adrienne will contact you at the beginning of your session to discuss your overall goals. Please provide yourself a quiet and relaxed place to receive Reiki. Sessions are 60 minutes.
